For one of our Clients, an international, manufacturing company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to join their structure.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for managing the process of salaries payable to a company's employees, calculate deductions, benefits, vacation, sick leave and taxes. Your daily duties will also include preparation of all kinds of adjustments and declarations (ZUS, PFRON, PIT). You will closely cooperate with HR teams and vendors, also you will provide support to the employees regarding HR and payroll related questions.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with more than 3 years of experience in a similar role, processing multi-state payrolls for in excess of min. 500 employee. You need to be fluent in English to communicate easily with management and clients. Practical expertise in using TETA will be an asset.
