For one of our client a multinational, manufacturing company with a headquarter located in Bolesławiec, we are looking for HR and Payroll Specialist.
Your new role
As HR and Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle multi-state payroll processing, maintaining accurate payroll files, producing payroll reports, monthly payroll accruals and assisting with payroll related projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, processing multi-state payrolls for in excess of 1000 employee. Good English - written and spoken is a must, as well as related degree, excellent communication and IT skills - MS Office, particularly very good Microsoft Excel. Exceptional interpersonal skills are also highly required
