For our Client, international company, we are looking for HR&Payroll Manager with min. 3 years of professional experience in production environment.
Your new role
You will be mainly responsible for coordination of all HR and Payroll activities and managing team of 4 people. Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages will be also part of your daily duties.
Being a Manager you will act as payroll representative, cooperating withPolish institutions e.g.: GUS, ZUS.
What you'll need to succeed
To be success in this role, you need to have 3-5 years of experience on similar position, including 2 years in production company, have experience in manage a team.
Excellent Ms Office knowledge, especially Ms Excel, English on communicative level and being familiar with PÅ‚atnik and Labour Law is a must.
