The position as a HR Analyst has the responsibility create, gather and process data around jobs, compensation and employment trends etc. The HR Analyst provides accurate reporting to the organisation supported by internal policies and systems. The HR Analyst has also the responsibility of supporting the Performance Management process by undertake the processing associated with incremental changes to an employee’s salary based on the employee’s performance appraisal score.
HR Reporting
• Provide timely reports on business requests
• Reconcile payroll and HR system data
• Report on training compliance
• Provide input to tender process
• Upload certificates to HR system
• Respond to training compliance overview
• Ensure crew schedule is updated
• Provide guidance and training to new and junior team members
• Proactively identify improvement and optimization opportunities in the team
• All roles and responsibilities should be performed in compliance to our SOPs (Standard Operating
Procedures)
Salary setting
• Generate and reconcile PA score report
• Communicate HR system freeze
• Prepare and update HR system with new salary and bonus data
• Submit salary and bonus data to Payroll
• Periodic review of authorisations in HR system
• Provide guidance and training to new and junior team members
• Proactively identify improvement and optimization opportunities in the team
• All roles and responsibilities should be performed in compliance to our SOPs (Standard Operating
Procedures)
Qualification Requirements
• Formal education at bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant job experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
