For our Client, international production company from automotive sector we are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Opole District (Brzeg surroundings).
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing effective support in any HR area. In particular, activities related to recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, remuneration system as well as advice on corporate rules / procedures and labor law in force in Poland.
What you'll need to succeed
Suitable Candidate has higher education degree, preferred in HR or related. More than 3 years of experience in the HR department of a manufacturing company (welcome in an international organisation), working knowledge of labor laws, very good knowledge of English (C1 level) ability to plan and process thinking, building good relationships and teamwork skills.
