Our Clientis international company providing great development opportunities in a new centralised HRservices department. Due to their growth in Cracow we are looking for HR Advisor.
The Human Resources Advisorwill be a part of Kraków HR Shared Service Centre team. New person will provide a Human Resources support in multiple areas of HR administration for employees of European subsidiaries of our Client.
What is more you will be participating in the processing of HR related cases in the system, maintain high level quality data processed and provide reporting to the Client within the scope of responsibilities.
The new position holder will also assist inrecruitment processes and coordinate, monitor associate training and may conduct training in selected areas, react to the Client's requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
The Ideal Candidate will have atleasta few monthsof professional experience in HR, Service Centreor in similar role and at least Bechelor degree.
In addition you will speak excellentFrenchor Spanish orGermanand fluent English and you will have excellent communication and multitasking skills. We are looking for team player that will demonstrate attitude consisted with the company's vision.
Experiencein SAP HR system is an asset.
