HR Administrator position in Gdansk.
We are open for experienced HR workers as well as Juniors.
We will guide you during whole recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for HR administration
• Responsible for HQ contract management
• Act as subject matter expert within areas of responsibility
• Assist Organisational Performance, HR Partnering, Recruitment teams with the annual HR activities, projects and onshore recruitment activities
• Handle transfer process for onshore
• MyHR super user and first point of contact for questions
• Handle IFS invoicing for HR invoices
• Responsible for SAP updates
• Drive SAP data quality
• Responsible for mass data upload
• Create reports as and when required
• Requisition and termination clean up
• Upload documents to SAP and DPF
• Ad Hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Maintain and update HR systems
• Manage query handling system
• Conduct data quality audits and drive compliance in all areas of HR record keeping
• Strong client service orientation
• Computer literate and preferably with SAP HR experience
• Knowledge and understanding in HR policies and processes
• Experience in HR environment or other service function
