HR Administration Specialist with German

For our Client, a global digital company, we are currently looking for an HR Administration Specialist with German who will join a constantly developing team based in Gdańsk.
On this position you will be responsible for:
- Administration of employees’ records and contracts, leave etc.
- Assists with implementing new onboarding programmes.
- Being a primary point-of-contact for HR inquiries (via phone, chat, and case management tool), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and manager.
- Supporting the HR function and business lines by providing assistance to employees with their day-to-day HR-related requests and questions.
- Supporting improvement processes of the HR systems.
- Measuring and reporting to identify areas of improvement and informs solution recommendations.
- Take part in an international projects.
What we are looking for in you:
- Excellent command of English and German language.
- Previous experience in HR field (preferably administration)
- Experience in an SSC environment would be an additional value.
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP Success Factors or Work Day would be appreciated.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
