Our client is an leader international IT services company, who builds, integrates and supports applications and infrastructures for business and government. We are currently looking for Candidates for a position of:

Help Desk IT Support Analyst

Location: Poznań
Reference number PO/HD/MMK

Main responsibilities:
• providing consultation, support, and training to clients of computer or other technology-based systems
• interacting with a broad range of clients in order to provide a high level technical support to clients
• providing both routine and non-routine support for a broad range of information related

Requirements:
• Fluent Spanish/Italian/French

• Experience in a Helpdesk environment
