- Overall responsibility for results including investigation of results out of specification
- The job holder assures that analytical methods are validated for intended use
- Assures industry standard in his/her field with respect to GMP and ISO 9001 requirements
- In addition the job holder assures a safe working place within the laboratories adapting the company’s Safety Health Environment directives
- Experience in leading a team
- Well developed organisational skills
- High level of expertise in GMP for Pharma with respect to analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Well established knowledge on common office tools (MS Office, etc)

Requirements
- Master in Microbiology or equivalent scientific engineer education with a practical background of at least 5 years in industry- Experience in leading a team
- Well developed organisational skills
- High level of expertise in GMP for Pharma with respect to analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Well established knowledge on common office tools (MS Office, etc)
