Head of SSC (German-speaking) (m/f)
A unique opportunity for experienced SSC Manager to join a growing Shared Services Center and play a critical role in the organization by leading operational and facility functions as well as supporting the achievement of the business targets. We are looking for a person with high level of drive for continuous improvements to act as a change agent.

Our Client is Nordic, family owned manufacturing&retail company with strong focus on sustainable development, eco-friendly approaching with an international exposure. The company decided to set-up new investment and Shared Service Center in Wroclaw which is an integral part of parent business and support wide scope of operations.
Description
- Acts as a manager to operations managers;
- Facilitates co-operation across functions to assure implementation of guidelines and programs;
- Assesses, selects and guides external service providers and assures the quality standards are fulfilled;
- Responsible for the general health and safety of the site;
- Responsible for the facility management and general administration of the site;
- Acts as a spokesman of the site in case of crisis situations, e.g. a major accident;
- Assures utilization of organizational resources in an efficient way and functionality of the working environment;
- Other separately agreed projects and duties.
Profile
- University Degree;
- Experience of shares services leadership positions in a multinational company, with a proven track of record in people and service delivery management;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment, with at least 5 years in managerial positions;
- Fluent German and English required;
- Advanced leadership competencies and ability to change.
