For our Client - well known consulting company - we are looking for experienced people willing to work on the position of Head of Recruitment.You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership of region recruiting efforts, designing and implementing additional regionally specific strategies to support key talent priorities in the region. Monitor, report and ensure delivery in accordance with set KPIs and SLAs across the regional recruitment teams. You will analyse data points to drive continuous improvement in recruiting operations. You will be working with Director of Global Recruiting and site recruiting leaders in region to shape and lead specific initiatives to improve recruiting effectiveness and participate as member of the Global Recruiting Leadership team in developing and implementing the Global recruiting strategy and priorities.
