Head of PtP

We are seeking an experienced Head of the Purchase to Pay area who will be responsible for overseeing the procure-to-pay process within the organization.

• Oversight of the Purchase to Pay process, including four main areas: PtP, Procurement, Sourcing, and T&E (Travel and Expenses management).
• Manage the control team.
• Close collaboration with the CFO and CPO.
• Development of relationships with external service providers.
• Supervise the work of four managers.
• Take part in business trips in order to manage a good relationship with clients.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the company's operations.

Profil kandydata

• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing a team of at least 30 people.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business-related field.
• Very good command of English language.
• Ability to manage large teams and collaborate with external service providers.
• High degree of independence in setting goals and the company's direction.
• Conflict management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business maturity and flexibility.
• Management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
