For one of our Clients, a well-established global company, we are currently looking for a Head of IT Delivery Centerfor a newly set up local structure.
Your new role
Within the role you will be in charge of leading the team of 25 FTE’s in consulting, implementation and managed services space. You will be expected to serve as a key liaison with Location and all stakeholders (internal & external), P&L responsibility included. Global Delivery Center Head prepares budget proposals & recommendations and establishes budget control system for controlling expenditures. He / She takes care of resource planning, forecasting, operations of the site and any related admin jobs. Global Delivery Center Head serves as a location representative during projects by responding to and resolving emergency situations and ensures all aspects of projects are implemented and controlled according to plans.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with at least 3 years of experience on similar role in IT sector. You are expected to be skilled in budget preparation and forecasting as well as supervisory practices. Perfect candidate represents high communication, people management and negotiation skills. Can-do attitude and the ability to ‘make things happen’ from scratch is strongly required. Experience in preparing business proposals is highly appreciated.
