Description

As a member of the country Ex Com team, contribute to lead Company's business
Lead the construction of an infrastructure product and service offering - Accountable for the market share growth in the infrastructure value pool
Propose the strategy and set of businesses & assets to invest into to build the offering (mobile RMX, Road binder, logistic services, precast items)
Lead core strategic customer relation together with Cement Commercial Director, to propose products and services - implement a prescriptive selling approach when required
Create relationship with construction company, showcase solutions / map core stakeholders
Understand core heavy precast market, how it contributes to rebuilt Ukraine, and how to develop this product offering

Profile

Strong knowledge on the infrastructure "environment" : international contractors, product , process, prescriptive selling
Entrepreneurship
Problem solving approach … capacity to propose innovative solutions to customers
Capacity to work across the organisation (Ukraine and Europe) to leverage know how and competency
Capacity to Grow to an MD role
