Head of HR Operations with German

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in development of growing Group HR structures and operations and participate in set standards, initiating improvements and developing of the structure for the SSC in Wroclaw.

Client Details

Head of HR Operations will be responsible for supporting HR transformation project, implementation it within SSC structures located in the Business Center in Wroclaw, managing a team supporting personnel administration activities and providing projects which have an influence on process optimization.

Description

• Ensuring efficiency and high quality in the implementation of personnel processes within the Shared Service Center
• Legally compliant organization of the transferred procedures and processes within the HR function and ensuring problem-free operation, including continuous documentation of the procedures and content
• Further development and configuration of the HR function within the European Shared Service Center with regard to quality orientation, optimization, and efficiency in collaboration with the heads of HR who are functionally responsible
• Acts as the point of contact for Senior Management stakeholders across the organization in order to address operational needs
• Lead and manage a team of leaders and professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
• Provides leadership over attraction, management and retention of talents
• Provides necessary quality documentation and supports quality audit, including audit responsibilities and Local Process Responsible

Profile

• University's degree (preferrable related with Human Resources)
• Extensive experience in managing HR Operations, Delivery structures in the international environment (min. 10 years)
• Strong English and German skills
• Experience in business transformation or project management as a plus
• Stakeholder management experience
• knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferable)
