On behalf of our client well recognized International production Company we are looking for experienced and independent professionals for the position of Head of Finance.

Description
- Managing the accounting and controlling team
- Taking part in administrative matters such as signing contracts or representing the company
- Supervision over internal accountancy and taxes
- Prepare annual and mid-year financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Work with internal and external auditors during audits, including implementing recommendations and curing internal control deficiencies
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
- Provide diverse analysis of actual operating results compared to budget
- Controlling of daily operations of the production plant
- Set and implement short- and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Responsible for financial controlling of manufacturing plant
- Monitor and evaluate capital expenditure and provide project analysis
Profile
- University degree with a strong focus in Accounting / Finance /Economy
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Finance/ Controlling area
- Experience in manufacturing company
- Strong organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Result orientated, proactive personality
- Hands-on
- Ability to work under pressures with deadlines
- Very good knowledge of English
- ERP experience
