For our Client, a real estate developer company, we're seeking for best candidate for the position as:

Head of Architecture

You will be responsible for managing of Architecture Departments and coordinating a daily work the group of Architects. You will be arrange mainly in an industrial projects, in design and construction phases. At the same time you will be closely cooperate with Project Managers, Business Development Managers, Leasing Managers and Board in relation to conception and strategy steps. Head of Architects will be strictli cooperate with clients.

 

Our Client requirements:

• 7 years of professional expericence in design offices / general contractor companies / real estate developer in managing role (Leading Architect / Head of Architects / Manager at Architecture Department)
• Master / engineer degree in Architecture 
• A few years of professional experience in conceptual, design, construction phases of building process
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills, strong personality and strategic thiniking
• Fluent English
