

Group IT Manager
This is a new vacancy in a small size international, manufacturing organization, with Western Europe capital. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to start with carte blanche within IT structures. First priority is to cover IT basics and manage a roll out of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central application. Currently, the company is supported by a 3rd party service provider so the operations receive all needed competencies.

Our Client is an international company that produces niche products for food industry. It is Western Europe capital, that runs a manufacturing plant in Poland that exists for more than 15 years and 2 other plants abroad, where the oldest is more than 100 years old. The Group has customers all over Europe. Their company culture is oriented on sustainable growth and, as they call it, the state-of-the-art food production.
Description
This is a new vacancy in a small size international, manufacturing organization, with Western Europe capital. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to start with carte blanche within IT structures. First priority is to cover IT basics and manage a roll out of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central application. Currently, the company is supported by a 3rd party service provider so the operations receive all needed competencies.
The position is suited to an IT Lead who can work with 3rd party support providers and internal stakeholders to form the IT strategy and develop business systems and infrastructure for the company.
Further development path from this position, leads to taking up an IT Manager role, and later on Group IT Manager.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Advice and run the development of IT landscape,
- Support and maintain companies' infrastructure,
- Coordinate ERP systems roll out (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central),
- Perform reviews of business processes, IT and Business Systems,
- Manage end-to-end IT transformation and integration projects,
- Ensure Data Integrity,
- Cover Data Security,
- Increase the usage of MS Office and Modern Workplace Apps,
- Write documentation & procedures,
In this position you will be required to travel to Scandinavian countries but that will be further agreed with hired person.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field,
- 5+ years of experience in related field,
- Knowledge of NAV / BC 365 is a plus,
- Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems,
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills,
- Project management skills,
- Self-driven approach,
- Good written and oral communication skills in Polish and English.
