Client Details

Our Client is a western manufacturing Company with over thousand people employed in its plant located in Legnica. Currently, due to product portfolio expansion & construction of the new manufacturing plant, the Company is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join the greenfield project under a 12 - month contract.

Description

• Deliver defined project management services to the project organization
• Moderate sub project team meetings (with Production Managers, Planning Specialists, Controlling, HR, suppliers), being a link between Polish and German manufacturing plant
• Preparing Steering Committee meetings as well as Project Meetings
• Prepare reports and decision making presentations
• Create project plans and schedules
• Support project internal as well as communication to stakeholders
• Support and train Team Leads in project management methodology
• Be ambassador for the project

Profile

• At least 5 years of engineering experience gained in the range of greenfield / brownfield project management
• Readiness to start new project no later than in 1 - 2 months
• Experience gained in manufacturing companies
• Higher technical education
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Good IT skills especially in Google office suite, MS Project
• Very good communication skills
• Awareness of construction and production needs
• Excellent understanding of finances, budgeting and project management
• Comprehensive understanding of regulations (technical, working conditions, environmental law, local requirements)
