Greenfield Project Manager
- Greenfield investment, contract for 12 months (starting from September / October 2022)

Client Details
Our Client is a western manufacturing Company with over thousand people employed in its plant located in Legnica. Currently, due to product portfolio expansion & construction of the new manufacturing plant, the Company is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join this greenfield project.
Description
- Deliver defined project management services to the project organization
- Moderate sub project team meetings (with Production Managers, Planning Specialists, Controlling, HR, suppliers), being a link between Polish and German manufacturing plant
- Preparing Steering Committee meetings as well as Project Meetings
- Prepare reports and decision making presentations
- Create project plans and schedules
- Support project internal as well as communication to stakeholders
- Support and train Team Leads in project management methodology
- Be ambassador for the project
Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in investment project management (including: greenfield investments, commissioning machines & equipment)
- Higher technical education
- Fluency in English and / or German language
- Possibility & readiness to join new company since September / October 2022
- Communication skills especially moderation of team meeting
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Mindset for tracking task completion in quality, in budget, on time
- Experienced in working on collaboration platforms and in virtual environments
- Supportive attitude towards Team Members and Team Leads
- Experience in making use of MS Office & MS Project or similar project planning tool
- Hand-on attitude
