Governance and Controls Manager wanted. If you have previous experience in internal controls and risk management, and you know how to manage cooperation with stakeholders, this offer is for you.
Your tasks:
- Identifying risks related to processes in center scope and implementation of compensating controls;
- Securing the control environment is designed correctly and controls work effectively;
- Ensuring controls procedures are in place and updated;
- Performance of self-audit process including controls procedures verification;
- Coordination of internal and external audits;
- Identifying options for controls automatization;
- Supervising the process of required vendor call backs and sensitive vendor data confirmation;
- Cooperation in building awareness of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles;
- Ensuring that GDPR standards are embedded in company's Commercial processes and daily operations;
- Support global rollout of Third-Party Risk Management.
You will be a good match, if you have:
- Previous experience within control management, risk management (preferably within shared services)
- Experience in stakeholder management;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills - able to convince, influence and motivate at all levels within the business in order to achieve objectives;
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Understanding of a company’s business and technology process areas and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes;
- Good understanding of Commercial (P2P and data) processes will be an asset;
- SAP or Ariba knowledge;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
