ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Do you have a background in econometrics, supply chain management or industrial engineering? Plus 6 – 8 years business experience in a FMCG Food & Beverage environment?
- Knowledge and experience in S&OP and/or Integrated Business Planning?
- Also an excellent knowhow of JDA Supply Planning (ESP/IO)?

As a Global Lead Supply Planning you are part of our client’s Global Customer Service & Logistics. More specifically, you will act in the Center of Excellence for Global Planning. You will globally deliver the capabilities for Supply (network) Planning in their top operating companies worldwide.
Within Planning, the vision is to drive the Operating Companies business performance by providing better Integrated Planning and S&OP capabilities across the globe. They foster deep know-how and experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP-Finance capabilities, as well as the enabling Data harmonization, and planning solutions like JDA / FuturMaster. You will assess, build, coach, guide, train and support Operational Excellence in the Planning Excellence journey of the top operating companies worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead Operating Companies through a step-change, optimizing how we plan our business;
- Deal with both strategic, tactical, and operational issues in Mexico, Vietnam, US, UK, France… all over the world!
- Drive new developments in your knowledge area and actively network internally and externally to enhance global knowledge development;
- Coach Management teams in new planning behavior and train, inspire and drive local teams in organizational changes.
- Stakeholder Management: you work closely with a network of global, regional and operating companies capability leaders and you include (senior) stakeholders worldwide.

REQUIREMENTS

For this job we are looking for a passionate high potential, with solid use and knowhow of JDA Supply Planning (ESP/IO). We are looking for a person who can easily act between leaders, consultants and super users. A data driven personality – with experience in Project/Program Management, able to drive improvements in an international environment.

The ideal candidate brings:
• An academic/Master’s degree;
• 6 – 8 years business experience, preferably in a FMCG Food & Beverage, consumer packaged or manufacturing industry
• Managerial experience is nice to have;
• Excellent know how of JDA Supply Planning (ESP/IO);
• A background in econometrics, supply chain management or industrial engineering;
• Preferably knowledge and experience in S&OP and/or Integrated Business Planning, either from Commerce, Supply Chain or Finance perspective;
• Strong management and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills;
• Experience working within and implementing complex change projects;
