What will you be doing?
• Act as an Expert Business Partner for mid-management-level counterparts in BU Supply Chain Management / Customer Service Desk and Group IT on a tactical/operational level specializing in an advisory and solutions design
• Lead process improvement and transition projects through their full lifecycle (from planning to implementation & post-go-live support)
• Conduct adequate process trainings within GBS, as well as across BUs/SUs to ensure optimal usage thereof
• Act as a change agent within GBS SSC OM organization and BU SCM / CSD organizations, develop and propose corrective measures for inefficiencies in Order Management process
• Supervise creation & maintenance of process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions etc.) and implement them
• Apply Risk Management (conduct risk assessment, develop risk mitigation plans, drive and coordinate implementation) with respect to Order Management transition projects and initiatives
• Consult BUs on concepts and develop solutions as an Expert on digital Order Management capabilities and innovations aimed at enabling seamless interconnects between Clariant businesses and its customers (e.g. customer portals and other commercial B2B platforms)
• Permanent interface with IT and Robotics CoE to ensure further automation and identify further areas for automation
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Business Management or Information technology or Supply Chain Management area (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years business experience in management of business process optimization in a global enterprise
• Strong background in both IT (information technology, preferably SAP background), as well as business process design and improvement domains on the sales side
• In-depth understanding of SAP SD module & data extraction capabilities for analytical problem solving
• Ability to interact efficiently and communicate effectively with various levels of BU supply chain management (SCM) and Customer Service Desk (CSD) with a proficient understanding of Order Management background and process specifics
• Proactive issue and risk management & contingency management, acting as an expert and problem solver for cross regional or complex Order Management issues
• Ability to lead change and manage projects over the full life cycle
• Ability to independently develop creative solutions, solve problems and prepare/make decisions, as well as think laterally
• Languages:
English very good spoken & written
