Global Marketing Specialist (m/f)
The person in this role collaborates globally with Managers of Industry Segments and coordinates marketing plans and activities with country Marketing and Commercial teams. The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Global Marketing. The role has independent nature and requires ability to work in cross functional teams.

Description
- Create an annual marketing plan for your market segment
- Customize marketing plan for industry segment managers
- Manage own global marketing budget for the industry
- Identify needs and tactics to prepare budget proposal and maintain realization and cost control
- Organize company's participation in international exhibitions and events listed in industry marketing plan
- Collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and supporting agencies
- Run market launch campaigns for new products and services released worldwide to your industry and coordinate with countries for local releases
- Create content for planned marketing tactics, including industry and product literature, thought leadership articles and blog posts, website updates and video
- Plan and execute campaigns through owned, earned and paid media
- Set relevant marketing objectives to measure and report on effectiveness of delivered marketing activities
- Provide excellent communication of marketing initiatives within organization
- Support education and knowledge transfer across marketing organization
Profile
- Previous professional experience in the marketing
- Firsthand experience in marketing planning and execution
- Proven record of delivering integrated marketing communication campaigns using online and offline tools
- Experience with B2B content creation or using storytelling techniques in B2B marketing communication
- Understanding of digital and offline marketing methodologies
- Insights into B2B customer needs
- Strong internal & external service orientation and hands-on mentality
- Proactive drive towards automation of marketing processes
