Your new role
You will be responsible for all group entities.The purpose of internal audit function is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight. It provides independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve company operations. It assists organisation in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the best Candidate for this role, you will need Accounting/finance educational background, experience in a similar position (at least 3 years), very good knowledge of MS Excel and be fluent in English (min B2). Having experience an experience from Big 4 will be an asset. You have to be results-focused, have strong interpersonal, leadership and project management skills.

Your new role
You will be responsible for all group entities.The purpose of internal audit function is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight. It provides independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve company operations. It assists organisation in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.
Purpose:
- Provide leadership in actively participating and contributing to the build up of the Internal Audit function.
- Drive and supervise the timely execution of the internal audit plan approved by the Audit and Risk Committee.
- Conduct and supervise ad-hoc management requests, e.g. consulting, risk management support, compliance assignments.
- Manage internal and external resources efficiently to achieve agreed objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop approaches, methods and tools to support the audit practices achieve its strategic objectives.
- Identify and assess, in collaboration with relevant company stakeholders, areas of specific risk exposure to be audited.
- Develop a yearly schedule of audit projects to be performed based on business criticality and risk assessment
- Ensure audits achieve their objectives and that internal procedures and controls are defined, properly applied and operating in a satisfactory manner and that company resources are used efficiently.
- Identify and assess financial, operational, compliance and IT related business risks.
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies and internal control practices based on industry good practices
- Formulate and agree with management the action plans and implementation schedules to address areas for improvement
- Following audit completion, prepare and review internal audit reports in a timely manner
- Actively monitor timely implementation of Management action plans, and report progress on a quarterly basis;
- Guide, supervise and manage the day to day activity of internal/external resources to ensure that appropriate preparation work and documentation work is performed prior to undertaking an audit and to review the quality of the audit work performed
- Jointly with the Controlling group – support the implementation of Internal Control over Financial Reporting
- Jointly with Compliance – support the execution of the roadmap and contribute to special ad-hoc assignments
