ROLE DESCRIPTION
As head of global QA operations you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 5 employees to implement and ensure quality guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the QA staff
- Leading and guiding the auditing team
- Develop and implement the global QMS
- Improve overall quality standards by managing quality ressources
- Manage KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 7 years experience in QA
- Experience in leading a global team
- Deep understanding of ISO 13485 and 21 cfr 820
- Proven track of record in leading a team
- Dutch und English (full working proficiency)
