Your new role
- Lead the D365 F&O Finance Workstream from business perspective.
- Working with internal stakeholders, GPO’s Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, and partner to facilitate the implementation and support of D365 Finance & Operations using industry best practice
- Support the build out of the core minimum viable product , leveraging inputs from process stakeholders and workflows driving standardization efforts.
- Coordinate activities with the support of PMO across Finance GPOs and Key Users ensuring progress according to project plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders & implementation partner to understand business solution, analyse program blue printing design, supporting the build , testing , localization and go-live phases.
- Lead any workshops from Finance Functional side along with Global process owners of Finance and implementation partner.
- Support the prioritization of RICEFW items in accordance with program guidelines.
- Leverage the opportunity of the buildout of the Business Service Centre to centralize and standardize processes.
- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving. Aligning and incorporating the business needs of the organization with IT.
What you will need to succeed:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience in a Finance function implementing Finance processes in Manufacturing environments/industry
- Minimum 4 years ERP implementation experience, with participation in all the stages of project lifecycle – in particular build, testing , data upload / migration activity, localization and go-live
- Knowledge of DevOps is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills,
- A high level of empathy and the ability to vary styles of interaction.
- Strong business acumen.
- Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.
- Travel requirement – 30%
