Global Customer Service Manager

Person on that position would be responsible for managing the Customer Service activities, performance improvement of the plants in regard to customer rating. Designing, developing and deploying Customer Service strategies for customer logistics considering continuous improvement.

The factory in Poland, is a part of an international Group. The Company provides high quality products and services for their Clients - recognisable worldwide brands. As a result of global changes in supply chains, company is looking for person who would improve Customer Service processes.

Description

  • Developing a customer demand planning process for Group in alignment with Sales, operations and production plants considering customer orders, internal capacity and supplier material
  • Exploitation of market opportunities by setting standard of S&OP planning as well as tracking of order processing and demand management
  • Development, alignment and deployment of the distribution strategy within the Group
  • Manage customer ratings and improve the plants capabilities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer escalations and customer war rooms in crisis situations together with Sales
  • Continuous improvement of customer ratings incl knowledge about customer portals as well as negotiation on customer premium freight reimbursements
  • Measure and manage customer order fluctuations considering contracts and agreements including flexibility, logistics costs and concept in customer quotes
  • Setting and deployment of policies and standards for the Group together with the production plants and other functions for higher customer satisfaction
  • Customer integration EDI

Profile

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in production industry
  • Experience in Customer Service in global structures
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP
  • Leadership experience and leading remote teams
  • Problem solving & decision making skills
