Global Cash Collection Leader

• Manage a team of collections team, monitor their performance and ensures targets are achieved
• Oversee any complex cases and take the necessary actions in regard to overdue payments
• Report on collection activity and the status each individual case
• Attendance & leave management for the sub-team
• Provide training to team members on company processes and procedures
• To make sure regulations and standards are being met by undertaking quality assurance and providing feedback to team members when necessary
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement and improve current/ future processes
• Injecting new ideas to an innovative, forward thinking team

• Experience at similar position and strong background in Collections Team Management
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills, and ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacy and resilient to overcome problems
• Ability to analyse workload, prioritise and allocate accordingly in order to ensure key team targets are met
• Be highly motivated, dynamic and focussed.
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality
• Highly organised with the ability to hit deadliness
• Showing considerable positivity and can-do approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and a natural flair for creativity and imagination are all good personal characteristics.
