For our Client, world’s leading provider of medical supplies, company with stable position on the market, we are currently looking for an experienced Leader in area of General Ledger and Fixed Assets who will join the team at the Wroclaw office.
Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating work of the team members, prioritizing and processing daily business requirements with regards to relevant accounting processes, monitoring performance of the team, creating and measuring relevant KPI’s and target levels. Your duties will also include identifying potential process improvements and standardization opportunities, participating in projects and activities assigned by the supervising manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relations with customers, providing high quality of service and high level of satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate should have at least 4 years of professional experience in accounting and demonstrate very good understanding of SSC accounting process, especially in general ledger area. To be successful on that position you also need to have at least 1 year of proven experience in managing the team. Proficiency in English, University Degree in economics/finance and working knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be crucial.
