Role Description

The General Manager has overall responsibility of the organisation. This includes a.o. establishing business strategy, people management, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring employee engagement, cohesion and synergy between different company departments. The main challenge lies in the fact that this high growth company needs to establish solid business operations to keep up with annual growth, without losing the growth momentum.

Responsibilities

- Daily management of the company
- People management (direct and indirect)
- Guides the organisation to ensure operational and financial goals
- Reporting with US HQ

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in full-time management
- Experience in working in a Matrix organisation
- Experience in working for a high growth organisation
- Proven track-record with multi-million P&L responsibility
- Understanding of ISO qualifications
- Wiling and able to travel up to 25% (national and occasional international)
