Our Client is an international, medical, dynamic company. We are looking for candidates who are interested in the position of General Ledger Team Leader for their Shared Service Center located in Wroclaw.

Description

• Team management (setting individual and team goals, conducting meetings with employees and assessing their work, taking care of employee development)
• Coordinating accounting period closing activities,
• Identification of opportunities to improve and standardize processes and support the implementation process,
• Coordinating and active participating in team activities,
• Providing data and analyzes for audit purposes,
• Creating reports in accordance with the company's internal requirements,

Profile

• Experience in General Ledger Accounting,
• Team management experience,
• University degree in accounting or equivalent,
• At least B2 level of English,
• Knowledge of German is an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
