Our client, company from Łódź, is currently seeking for a:

General Ledger Manager

Place of work: Łódź
Nr ref: GLM/MG

Duties:
• managing all operations in General Ledger Department
• supervising MEC activities for all business units
• ensuring that all financial statements and managerial reports are prepared according to accounting standards and group finance policies
• coordination of forecasting and budgeting process as well as looking for improvement possibilities and implementation of best in class solutions in GL process
• coaching, mentoring and team development and managing finance knowledge within the team


Requirements:
• MA in Accounting / Finance, etc.
• min. 5- 6 years of professional experience in an international organization
• finance and accounting knowledge
• advanced knowledge of English Language (written and spoken)
• previous experience in controlling area would be an advantage
• people management skills
• hands-on mentality, analytical & organizational skills
• able to work under pressure
