For our Client - international company we are currently looking for Managers to Fund Administration sector Company based in Cracow. We are looking for Candidates willing to relocate or already based in this dynamically developing City. Successful Candidate will be responsible for working with wide scope of fund accounting services in Poland in order to support overall strategy, such as developing staffing and budget projections, identifying weak points and proposing innovations, execution of assigned business plans. Moreover working on the position of Fund Administration Manager You will manage a team of 60-300 employees and evaluate performance of subordinates.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or other business related
• Several years of professional experience in Fund Accounting or related area such as Banking or Insurance,
• Experience in people management in relevant business acumen,
• Excellent command of English,
• Ability to maintain business relations within the company as well as with outside clients.
