Functions Development Engineer

In the context of the teams’ strengthening, we wish to integrate a Functions Development Engineer in the corporate headquarter. Within the engine petrol and diesel Control department, you join a team involved in functions development projects for PSA.
In charge of the internal teams’ coordination, you analyse and make sure that the client’s functional requirements are well understood.
Besides the concept preparation, you ensure its realisation through the coordination of the system design teams’ activities, for a prototype software realisation. As such, you have to model and simulate the concept.
In the context of your mission, you also make sure of the concept validation. You take part in the calibration strategy with the applicator, and you ensure the concept integration on diverse engine monitoring variables.
You have an electronic engineering degree and a first experience in the real-time software in engines control. Knowledge in coding and microcontroller organisation is an additional asset. Rigorous and autonomous, your ability to follow predefined processes will guarantee your success. The position requires a fluent level of English and communicative level of French.
