Your new role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with Django/React willing to work in a lean and agile environment. You will participate in all aspects of architecting and developing new and innovative applications.
Responsibilities:
● Full stack web application development
● Contribute to core application development
● Build reusable code and libraries for future use
● Write automated tests
● Work closely with the product department
● Quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a fast paced development environment
What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:
● 5+ years of work experience as a fullstack engineer
● Good knowledge of Python with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django (preferred)/Flask/Falcon
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
● Professional experience and good knowledge of JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3.
● Professional experience building apps with React.js
● Thorough understanding of responsive web design, fluid layouts, and positioning Ability to work in English
It will be great if you have:
● Good unit test and debugging skills
● Experience with RESTful APIs (DRF), JWT and server-side APIs integration.
● Good knowledge of ORM, SQL (PostgreSQL) and Data Modeling
● Experience working in and deploying to an AWS environment (specifically Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, RDS, and S3)
● Good knowledge/experience with Redux and Sagas
● A good understanding of performance, cross-browser / cross-device development, testing, optimization, and front-end performance requirements
● Strong prior experience with end-to-end testing, especially with Cypress framework
● Able to quickly prototype ideas and concepts for demonstrative and explorative purposes
● Experience working in an agile environment
