FRONTEND DEVELOPER (REACT, ANGULAR OR VUE.JS)
Miejsce pracy: ŁódźOn behalf of our client, a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries, we are looking for Frontend Developer.
You will design and implement applications based on bank standard architectures and business requirements. If needed you will coordinate the technical activities of others, but sometimes you will work independently.
In your role as a Frontend Developer you will be responsible for development and maintenance of applications, including defect analysis, testing, bug fixing and problem-solving. You will design, plan and implement applications for computing the credit rating according to advanced credit models and for supporting the credit decision process. You will using internal and external APIs between credit ranking back end and in-house and customer front ends. You will help to visualize credit risks, and simulations.
Currently our client is in a transition process to the new technology stack, which is a Microservices architecture approach based mainly on Java 11, Spring, React.js, Apache Camel and REST. New applications will be hosted on Cloud environments (Azure/GCP, OpenShift container platform). The old Java and Swing based architecture will be successively replaced by the new one.
Your main tasks:
- Software development, defect analysis, bug fixing and problem-solving.
- Re-Engineering/Re-factoring of software systems.
- Working with configuration management and deployment software.
- Testing and code reviewing.
- Creating of technical documentation.
- Effort estimation.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and one of it's frameworks (React.js, Angular or Vue.js).
- Experience in using TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience in consuming Web Services (REST/SOAP/XML/WSDL).
- Experience in Testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito).
- Basic experience in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Java EE a plus, as sometimes there may be a need to fix some problems on back end side.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g. GIT/SVN).
- English on at least B2 level.
Nice to have basic skills in one or many of:
- Microservices architecture.
- Apache Camel.
- Linux, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD process.
- PL/SQL.
- German language
- Remote work (until the pandemic situation is clarified; after the pandemic hybrid work 50/50).
