Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In deze rol zul je werken in een team van 3 QA Specialisten op basis van een 6 maanden tijdelijk contract met kans op verlenging tot 12 maanden.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor de vertaling van centraal QA beleid naar de locaties en ondersteuning bij de praktische uitrol hiervan.
- Zoeken naar oplossingen om QA beleid te laten aansluiten op de praktijk.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de optimale samenwerking met outsourcing partners.
- Voer je als QA specialist audits uit binnen de locaties in Nederland en Amerika. Je bevindingen deel je met de relevante afdelingen en managers en borg je in het kwaliteitssysteem.
- Coördineer je als QA Specialist de opvolging en zorg je dat de verbeteringen worden vastgelegd.
REQUIREMENTS
- WO opleiding met een technologische achtergrond, kennis en ervaring met auditing binnen Food.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante QA werkervaring binnen Food.
- Een succesvol trackrecord in project management binnen Food Quality.
- Ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen zoals FSSC 22000 etc.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in Nederlands als Engels op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
- De volgende persoonskenmerken: Overtuigend, helikopterview, analytisch, zelfstarter, flexibel, besluitvaardig en organisatie-sensitief.
