My client is a multinational organization in the food industry, specialized in beverages, in the province of Brussels.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Packaging Engineer you will be responsible for the commissioning of Packaging Equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide insights and proactive contributions to ensure the consistent quality and efficiency of packaging processes and products
- Proactively identify opportunities for quality or process improvements as well as cost savings for new and/or existing packaging outputs
- Drawing up validation protocols
- Providing input URS and technical specifications
- Lead Masterplan development in area or responsibility
- Guarantee technological watch of the market in competence field
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical and/or Chemical and/or Food Engineering or similar degree by experience
- 5-10 years' of working experience in Food Industry as a Packaging Engineer or other relevant role
- Technical knowledge and experience in Packaging Processes
- Experience in Packaging Equipment and materials (preferably in Industrial Food environment)
- Dutch fluent
