Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
The company has an international focus and has over 5.000 employees in service. The organization not only takes care of production but also distribution of its products all over the world.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Freelance Maintenance Leader, you will design the maintenance schedule and conduct the team regarding prioritizing and allocating of maintenance tasks. Your goal is to increase reliability and efficiency of machines at the plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will analyze functioning of machines and design the maintenance plan according to your findings.
- Your aim is to shift the focus from reactive to preventive maintenance.
- In case of machine malfunctioning, you will perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine the reason of the malfunction. You will organize reparations and redesign the maintenance plan accordingly.
- You will be responsible for the ordering of machine spare parts.
- You will keep up with documentation and report to the Maintenance Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Automation/Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience leading a team and working in the food industry
- Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC
- French, Dutch and English Communication (speaking/writing)
