THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company has international operations in over 100 countries. In the Netherlands they have a site with over 500 employees in service.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Freelance Maintenance Manager you will lead a team and approximately 75 people will report (indirectly) to you. Your main objective is to ensure the availability, reliability and safety of installations at the plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will set up and implement the strategic maintenance plans and goals.
- You will be in charge of a team of multidisciplinary engineering team and plan maintenance tasks that need to be excecuted
- You're aim is to improve the reliability and quility concerning maintenance at the site.
- You will determine priorities/KPI's and are responsible for working within the time limit and budget.
- You will be responsible for documentantion and progress reports regarding maintenance operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc Chemical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience of working as Maintenance Manager
- Working Experience within a BRZO company
- Dutch/English Communications
