Our client is a international developer of drugs in the field of diabetes.Role Description
The role came up after one of the CMC group specialists took on a new opportunity. There is an immediate need for a highly experienced formulation scientist that immediately contributes to the CMC team.The role is intended to go for 6 months but an earlier change to permanent could be possible as well when collaboration goes smoothly.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development and optimization of drug formulations, dosages and processes. This will concern small and large molecules. You will collaborate with the analytics department, QA, RA and manufacturing to ensure smooth implementation of plans and protocols. You report directly to the Head of CMC.Requirements
- MSc in pharmaceuticals, biochemistry or chemistry with 5 years of industry experience- PhD with 3-5 years of experience in industry
- Thorough understanding of formulation development, manufacturing and scale-up
- Experience in quality and technical documents
- Fluent in English, both orally and written
