Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
This is an American company with a lot of international possibilities, both international and national. They are growing and are wel known in the food industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This international company is looking for a Food Safety Manager with a strong profile on a full time base. You will be responsible for improving and supporting the food safety systems in this organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategies so that the plant can deliver legal food safe products
- You will be responsible for 5 QA professionals
- Improve the food safety processes related to GMP, HACCP and audits
- Coach and advise the organization regarding food safety analysis
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc./ MSc. in Bio- Engineer or similar role
- >8 years of experience in the food industry and food safety
- Experience with leading skills, a plus is experience as Operation Manager or other similar role
- Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, BRC and IFS and also experience with implementing them
- Fluent in Dutch and English
