Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als Food Safety Manager ben je met name verantwoordelijk voor implementatie, onderhoud en verbetering van de Food Safety en HACCP systemen. Daarnaast stuur je het Food Safety Team van de site aan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opzetten van interne en externe audits
- Acties ontwikkelen en coördineren om de continue certificering te kunnen garanderen
- Zorgdragen voor strikte opvolging van HACCP
- Relevante opleiding en training voor het Food Safety team verzorgen
- Adviesrol innemen richting het Europese management
- Problemen herkennen en oplossen
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc. in Bio-Engineering of gelijkwaardig
- Ruim 10 jaar ervaring in QA in de voedingsindustrie, waarvan minstens 3 jaar leiding geven aan een (klein) team
- Kennis van (implementatie van) HACCP, FSSC 22000 en BRC/IFS
- Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands (beide zijn een must!)
- Flexibel persoon, in staat om met complexiteit om te gaan, hands-on
