On behalf of our client a global leader of pharmaceutical sector we are looking for candidates for the role of a Fixed Assets Team Leader in Łódź, Poland.
Fixed Assets Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing activities of the fixed asset team (8 FTE’s) but also for maintaining high levels of morale, motivation and productivity. Team Manager will be developing and monitoring key performance indicators for the team, with actions identified and delivered to achieve process efficiency and overall compliance. Team Leader will be accountable for operating as a Subject Matter Expert for the Fixed Asset Team, managing the day-to-day activities and supporting deliverance of the team’s overall objectives and leading actively the Fixed Asset team through period-end closings within company deadlines while remaining compliant to SOX, GAAP regulations.
An ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant with 3 years PQE, competent on ERP systems (preferably SAP) and with excellent excel abilities. Previous supervisory experience is in BPO/Shared Services preferable. Fluent Business English is desirable.
