Financial Specialist (m/f)
For our Client , an international metallurgical and mining group, we are looking for a Finance Specialist, Poland. This person will reports directly to the Finance Manager.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing the Holding's key IFRS reporting methodologies, policies and regulations and ensuring timely updates and tracking of changes in IFRS standards
- Preparing disclosures for the Group's consolidated IFRS statements by calculating individual reporting indicators and analyzing data.
- Calculating and making adjustments in the consolidation reporting system for consolidation of IFRS statements if the Group
- Conducting final analysis of IFRS financial statements of individual companies of the Group for compliance with the Group Accounting Policy, top management requirements and international reporting standards
- Controlling the timeliness of the financial closing of the Group's companies by closing/opening periods in SAP system
- Assisting in organising audits of the Group and individual companies of the Group
- Implementing projects aimed at improving the finance function
- Participating in the Group's projects for raising funding.
Profile
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, auditing etc.
- At leas 3-years experience in accounting and reporting in international company
- Good knowledge of consolidation and reporting tools
- Skills in using MS Office software package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language proficiency at B2 level at least
- Knowledge of the metallurgical and/or mining industry/production specifics is an added advantage
