For our Client, an international financial corporation, we are looking for Team Manager, who will join a new structre in Gdańsk. The successful Candidate will be responsible for daily support of 10 Team Members - AML Specialists.

Main duties:
leading the team of 10 AML Specialists in Gdańsk,
planning, managing and taking responsibility for daily processes,
monitoring team members work and providing trainings when needed,
motivating and coaching team members,
building and maintaining strong relationships with Customers,
preparing reports and management information.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of previous team management experience,
previous experience/knowledge within AML/Due Diligence area,
excellent communication skills,
problem solving skills,
proficiency in English language,
good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
