We are looking for analytical, problem-solving and communicate FP&A Specialists to be responsible for defining, analysing, managing and reporting the financial situation of key stakeholders as well as providing recommendations for changes, adjustments and improvements – everything required in order to support continuous improvement of business performance and decision-making across the business. Responsibilities:

In your daily work, you will serve a number of stakeholders of different size across the business. For these stakeholders, you will be accountable for providing timely and or financial reporting, analysis and interpretation of financial information, driving business improvement initiatives and solving complex challenges.

  • Define, communicate and drive strategies while understanding overall objectives and effectively manage stakeholders of different size
  • Prepare, maintain and control the budget and forecast for the stakeholders (incl. forecasts of industry and economic conditions)
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting data, analysing data and communicating the information
  • Recommend financial actions by assessing options relevant for the business and be aware of the impact of the proposed options
  • Own and Improve the transfer pricing process
  • Solve complex business challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors / causes and be aware of the impact of proposed solution
  • Analyse and report on the financial situation of the business (and selected parts of the business)
  • Maintain financial systems, tools and models used for budget and forecasts
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis requested by the business, e.g. board presentations


Additional responsibilities include:
  • Process all services and queries and own the performance of these
  • Process queries, issues and open items from the business in a timely and service-minded manner
  • Understand your customers and ensure to always deliver according to their needs
  • Deliver service in line with agreed SOPs, controls, practices, policies and procedures
  • Identify, contribute towards and drive business improvement initiatives and optimise current practices, processes and procedures
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the department


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of financial planning experience
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and accounting skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mindset
  • Personal ownership and accountability
  • Meet daily challenges through a reflective and solution-oriented approach
  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Act proactively to improve own work and team work
  • Good at working independently and stay focused – with a clear level of authority
  • Able to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Willing to travel (although limited travel is expected)
