For our Client – international organisation MARS Global Services based in centre of Poznań we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Accountant with English. Mars Financial Services is a part of Mars Incorporated with popular brands like M&M's, Twix, Milky Way, Snickers, Whiskas, Pedigree, Royal Canin, Orbit.
Main Responsibilities: check for accuracy and completeness of accounting information in an electronic invoice control system, add account codes and tax master codes on invoices without purchase order, nvestigate invoices that have not been possible to automatically match in Basware (the electronic invoice control system), resolve issue and/or distribute to the correct receiver for review, approval of invoices, produce monthly closing reports for the organisation, including invoice and supplier statistics and basis for accruals, support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives.
Key competencies: proven customer orientation and passion for providing exceptional service to the business, working experience with a centralized accounting system and/or with an invoice control system is a must, good accounting and tax (VAT) knowledge, ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of daily duties, very good English language skills are required, strong communication and organizational skills, love sharing knowledge and solving problems.
Education and experience: University Degree preferred (especially within Finance and Accounting), passion for understanding and exceeding customer’s expectation.
